Once I go to a chiropractor, will I always have to go?

Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?
It can be uncomfortable sometimes, but for the most part it is completely painless. With the technique that we use at Freedom Chiropractic most adjustments are made with an instrument called an Integrator, which does not include any forceful twisting or pushing on the body. It is very gentle!
Can chiropractic cure everything?
Truly, chiropractic cannot cure anything. The intention behind chiropractic adjustments is to improve the overall function of the body, and therefore normal function may be restored. Basically, if the nervous system is operating at optimal levels, then your health should be optimal as well!
Why would I have my newborn or young child adjusted?
We see a lot of children in our practice, even those who are just days or weeks old. While this may seem foreign to many, it is super helpful. When you consider the trauma inflicted with childbirth, as well as the repetitive small traumas of childhood, can help the developing kiddo to have a more normal level of function.
How does chiropractic help address disc problems?
Chiropractic adjustments may effectively help restore proper motion and position of malfunctioning spinal bones. If addressed before permanent damage takes place, disc tissue often returns to a more normal size and shape.
